At EuroMedClinic, only verified reviews from patients who have actually completed their appointments — either online or offline — are published.
👥 Who Can Leave a Review
Only patients who have completed a consultation booked through EuroMedClinic — online or offline — can leave a review.
After your consultation, you’ll receive an invitation to share your feedback, both in your personal account and via email.
🕓 Automatic Reviews
If a patient does not leave a review within 4 days after the consultation, the system automatically publishes a short message stating:
“Consultation completed (automatic review)”
This confirms that the consultation took place with a verified patient.
🔍 Moderation and Publication
All reviews go through moderation to maintain the quality and reliability of information.
We do not publish reviews that contain:
- personal or confidential information;
- offensive or inappropriate language;
- comments related to diagnoses or clinical decisions.
EuroMedClinic publishes both positive and negative reviews, as long as they comply with community standards.
✅ Can Reviews Be Trusted?
Yes. All reviews on EuroMedClinic come from real patients who have actually attended their consultations.
Doctors cannot edit, delete, or hide reviews.
This ensures transparency, honesty, and trust between patients and specialists when choosing a doctor.
