🔄 How to Cancel or Reschedule a Consultation

Learn when and how to cancel or reschedule a consultation through your EuroMedClinic patient account.


🔹 When Can You Cancel or Reschedule

You can cancel or reschedule a consultation for free if there are more than 12 hours remaining before the appointment.

All changes can be made in your account:
My Account → My Orders


🔹 How to Reschedule a Consultation

To reschedule a consultation:

  1. Go to My Account → My Orders
  2. Find the appointment you want to reschedule
  3. Click the Reschedule button (available only if more than 12 hours remain before the appointment)
  4. Select a new available time
  5. Provide a reason for rescheduling
  6. Confirm the change

You will receive an updated confirmation email, and the new date and time will also appear in your account.


🔹 How to Cancel a Consultation

To cancel a consultation:

  1. Go to My Account → My Orders
  2. Find the appointment you want to cancel
  3. Click the Cancel button (available only if more than 12 hours remain before the appointment)
  4. Provide a reason for cancellation
  5. Confirm the cancellation

The payment will be automatically refunded to the card used for the booking.
Refund timeframe: usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.


🔹 If Less Than 12 Hours Remain

If there are less than 12 hours remaining before the consultation, the Reschedule and Cancel buttons will be disabled in your account.

In urgent cases, contact support, and we will review your request and try to assist.


🔹 When Refunds Are Not Possible

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You did not join the consultation and did not cancel it in advance;
  • The consultation was cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time.

🔹 What to Do If You Chose an Inconvenient Time

If you accidentally booked a time that is not convenient and cannot cancel through your account — contact support as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you.
