📄 How to Describe Your Reason for Consultation

Learn how to properly state your request when booking a consultation so that your doctor can prepare in advance and understand your needs.

💡 Why It’s Important to Specify the Reason

When booking a consultation, you provide the reason for your visit. This information helps the doctor:

  • review your request in advance;
  • understand what to prepare for;
  • conduct the consultation as efficiently as possible.

🖊 Where to Indicate the Reason

During the consultation booking, you will see a text field titled “Reason for Consultation.”
This field is intended for a brief but informative description of your request.

📎 What to Include in the Reason

This field is mandatory when booking a consultation. You can indicate:

  • Symptoms that concern you
    Example: headache, fever, cough, rashes, discomfort during urination
  • Request to extend previously prescribed treatment
    Example: need to extend a previously prescribed medication
  • Follow-up on a previously discussed issue
    Example: continuing monitoring and adjustment of high blood pressure treatment
  • Questions about health or lifestyle recommendations
    Example: fatigue, low energy, desire to discuss healthy lifestyle and preventive measures

If you are booking a follow-up consultation or one based on test results, be sure to indicate this in your description.
