Learn how to pay for services on EuroMedClinic, which payment methods are available, how to receive a receipt, and what to do in case of a payment error.
⚡ How does payment work?
Payments are made online directly to the doctor via the secure payment system Stripe. The amount is charged immediately at the time of booking.
EuroMedClinic does not receive or process payments — funds go directly to the doctor.
Stripe is an international payment service certified under the PCI DSS security standard. Your card details are encrypted and are not shared with EuroMedClinic.
All transactions are conducted in euros (€). After a successful payment, you will receive:

A confirmation email

Order details in your account: My Account → My Orders
💳 Available payment methods
You can pay for a consultation using:

Bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, CB (Cartes Bancaires)
Currently, PayPal, bank transfers, and other alternative methods are not supported.
If you require a different payment method, please contact support — we value user feedback.
📄 Where to view order details after payment
Immediately after payment, your booking (consultation or quick prescription request) will appear in your account: My Account → My Orders
There you can view all details: date, time, doctor’s name, and type of service.
🧾 Can I get a receipt?
Yes, receipts are generated automatically but sent only upon request.
To receive a receipt:

Contact EuroMedClinic support

The receipt will be sent to your email
The receipt includes:

Service name

Doctor’s name

Payment amount
-
Date and time of payment

Payment method

Receipt number
Please note: doctors on EuroMedClinic work independently. Payment is made directly to the doctor.

If an error occurs during payment:

Check your card:

Are there sufficient funds?

Some banks block international or online payments — contact your bank to clarify the reason
