💸 Refunds of funds
Learn when a refund is possible, in which cases it is not provided, and what to do if you accidentally booked a service.
⏱️ When is a refund possible?
You can receive a full refund if you cancel or reschedule a consultation at least 12 hours before it is scheduled to start.

Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the booking.

Refunds usually take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
❌ When is a refund not possible?
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

You did not join the consultation and did not cancel it in advance.

Less than 12 hours remain before the consultation, and you did not notify in advance.

The consultation took place, but you were not satisfied with the outcome.
Online and in-person consultations are professional medical services. Doctors are compensated for their time and expertise, regardless of decisions made or the consultation outcome.
🗓️ How to cancel a consultation more than 12 hours in advance
You can cancel your appointment directly in your EuroMedClinic account:

Go to My Account → My Orders

Select the consultation you want to cancel

Click Cancel

Provide a reason for cancellation

Confirm
Funds will be automatically returned to your payment method. Refunds usually take 5–10 business days.
⚠️ If less than 12 hours remain before the consultation
The Cancel button will be unavailable. In this case:

Describe your situation to EuroMedClinic support

We will review your request and try to assist with a refund
👩⚕️ If the doctor cancels the consultation
If the doctor is unable to conduct the appointment, the consultation will be canceled, and you will automatically receive a full refund.
📧 How to know if a refund has been processed
After your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you do not see it within a few hours, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.
