🏥 Services on EuroMedClinic!

Learn about the types of online and in-clinic services available on EuroMedClinic, how they differ, who provides them, and how to choose the right option for you!

🩺 What types of services are available?

The platform offers three main types of consultations. All services are provided by licensed medical doctors. You can book consultations fully online — no calls or paperwork required.

Choose the format that suits you best:

  • Quick prescriptions and medical certificates

  • Specialist consultations (Book a doctor)

Below are the details for each format and situations where they may be useful.

💊 Quick prescriptions and medical certificates

This format is based on a written request — no video call is required. You fill out a short medical form, and the doctor reviews it asynchronously.

Suitable if:

  • You need to renew a prescription (for a medication from the EU or outside the EU)

  • You need a medical certificate

  • You have minor symptoms or require a follow-up consultation (for example, cystitis, allergies, asthma control)

If necessary, the doctor may contact you via chat to clarify details. All documents — prescriptions, certificates, referrals — will be sent to your email and will be available in your EuroMedClinic account.

❗ Important

EuroMedClinic is not a clinic. This is a marketplace where doctors offer their services independently.

Clinical decisions are made only by the doctor.

Documents (for example, a prescription or a certificate) are issued only if there are medical indications and in accordance with the legislation of the patient’s country.
