📄 Uploading Documents Before Your Consultation

Learn how to attach medical documents when booking a consultation so that your doctor can review your case in advance.

🩺 Why Uploading Documents in Advance is Important

You can attach medical documents in advance to help your doctor better prepare for the consultation.
This is especially useful if you have symptoms requiring visual evaluation or if you are having a follow-up consultation.

🌍 Can You Use Test Results From Another Country?

Yes. You can attach medical documents and test results obtained outside the country where you currently reside.
This will help the doctor understand your situation more accurately before the consultation.

📎 What Documents Can You Attach?

You can upload:

  • Laboratory test results (e.g., blood, urine, hormones)
  • Examination reports (e.g., ultrasound, MRI, X-ray)
  • Medical summaries or brief reports
  • Previous prescriptions or recommendations
  • Photographs (e.g., skin rashes, throat, eyes)

⏱ When and How to Upload Documents

Files are uploaded during the consultation booking process.
In the Reason for Consultation field, you will see the option to attach files. You can:

  • select one or multiple files from your device;
  • drag and drop files into the upload window.

🌐 What Language Should the Documents Be In?

Documents must be in the same language as the consultation.
This ensures that the doctor can interpret the information accurately without risk of errors.

👩‍⚕️ Will the Doctor See the Documents Before the Consultation?

Yes. All attached documents become available to the doctor in advance.

This allows the doctor to:

  • review your case;
  • prepare clarifying questions;
  • conduct the consultation as efficiently and effectively as possible.
